Looking at the first one or two areas that come up from the growth action plan

Deep dive into your skill set and identify things that you hate!

Looking at setting goals for the growth plan

Review of the initial growth action plan, checking to see if there are any changes to initial thoughts.

Working towards goals and looking at if there are areas of personal development that would be beneficial

Reflection on the goals and what they mean

Discussing if the company is ready for these changes and, if not, what has to be done.
